Filipino nurses are among the best in the world. After all, the Philippines is the top source of overseas nurses globally, as in the case of seafarers.
In the last five years, several Filipinos have received awards from the Royal Family, and national and international bodies for their services to nursing and the community. Many of them have also been awarded back home in the Philippines by their colleges or universities and their local government units.
